About the course

Relationships For Profit is designed for businesses with different communications and conversation dynamics – often agricultural property talk versus corporate-style office talk.

This course provides the skills and knowledge to cultivate relationships that drive growth and profitability, through bridging the gap with a better understanding through DISC personality profiling and the ethical handling of livestock.

Participants will learn how to create value through trust, engagement, and effective communication, while developing a better understanding of the different roles involved and the vital part that they play in the business to be compliant and profitable.

In today’s competitive business environment, building and maintaining strong relationships is essential for sustainable profitability.

DISC profiling is completed before the course on each participant and is a behavioural assessment tool that helps individuals understand their personality traits and how they interact with others.

It categorises behaviour into four main types: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.

By identifying these traits, DISC profiling can enhance communication, teamwork, and productivity within organisations.

It provides insights into personal strengths, potential areas for growth, and strategies for improving interpersonal dynamics.

Whether used for professional development, team building, or personal self-awareness, DISC profiling offers a valuable framework for understanding and leveraging human behavior.

Implementing DISC profiling in corporate offices with agricultural properties can offer several advantages:

  • Enhanced communication
  • Improved teamwork
  • Conflict resolution
  • Leadership development
  • Personal growth
  • Operational efficiency
  • Employee satisfaction

It is extremely important that you attend and be present for the duration of the course. We cover techniques throughout the school that we often refer back to and if you aren’t attending or present (ie: on a phone call) it can be confusing and you won’t get the most out of the course. We recommend signing up to a course if you can commit to attending all four days.
