Hayley English | Director (Warialda, NSW)
Hayley is a strong advocate for safe, low stress livestock handling and supports Land to Table’s mission to strengthen understanding across the food and fibre supply chain.
Raised on her grandparents’ farm and immersed in livestock from a young age, she has managed cattle stations, mixed farming enterprises and feedlots with her husband, supplying accredited grain fed beef to major retailers including Coles.
Alongside her on farm work, Hayley delivers practical education on working dogs in livestock operations, helping producers improve animal welfare, teamwork and on farm efficiency while contributing to a stronger future for the industry.
Kate Willcocks | Director (Lake Grace, WA)
Kate is focused on strengthening agriculture as a respected and future focused career pathway – one that is sustainable and where people feel valued, supported and proud of the work they do. She is committed to helping consumers better understand the dedication behind food and fibre production and sees the industry as a place for long term growth, leadership and opportunity.
Raised on a 10,000 head sheep feedlot, Kate brings 25 years of experience across agriculture in Australia and internationally. Her early career in container freight logistics between Australia and Singapore provided valuable insight into supply chains and cross sector collaboration, shaping her drive to create stronger, more progressive opportunities within the agricultural industry.
Rhianna Harby | Director (Broome, WA)
Rhi brings more than 20 years of experience across business, communications, interpersonal skills, and regional development, with a strong understanding of rural Australia and the people who power the land to table supply chain.
She leads strategic projects that connect producers to markets, strengthen local economies and foster practical, sustainable outcomes for regional communities.
Overseeing business operations and strategic delivery, Rhi works in the leadership team to facilitate practical solutions and innovative improvements and training that build capability across the industry and communities we operate in.

Delivering leadership development and livestock handling courses, Cameron’s hands-on coaching helps agricultural professionals strengthen their leadership and drive meaningful impact. With more than two decades managing large pastoral stations across northern Australia, Cameron is a 2017 Nuffield Scholar and grazing business owner who brings practical, lived experience to developing resilient leaders across the industry.
Jemma | Trainer
Jemma is committed to strengthening Australia’s livestock industry through collaboration, practical training and knowledge sharing. She delivers hands-on education and livestock weaner handling training that builds confidence and capability – particularly for young people entering the industry – sharing her experience with sheep, cattle and goats and supporting the transition from learning new skills to applying them confidently on the job.
Tammy | Trainer
A respected specialist in agricultural business relationship management coaching, Tammy has more than two decades of industry experience and quality results. Her courses combine practical insight from DISC personality profiling with proven communication, team building and networking strategies to strengthen leadership, build strategic partnerships and drive sustainable profitability.
Tom | Trainer
Tom is dedicated to elevating livestock education and working dog training to strengthen industry performance. Managing two mixed farming cattle properties spanning 22,000 acres, he’s experienced in the full supply chain from breeding to feedlot finishing. Tom helps producers build practical skills that lead to calmer livestock, lower costs and more efficient management systems.
